LUCY® Smart Cap

I have been covering this item since I found waterdrop and finally earned enough rewards points to get it. Love love love it! Sadly on one of my bottles it was leaking and I couldn’t figure out why, shortly after sending my concern to waterdrop I received an email that my bottle could be faulty and they are working on fixing the matter. Customer service never falls short with this company!

Okay… so I have a tiny kitchen and am really bad about using my water pitcher that also filters water. I regularly drink water out of the faucet because I’m in a hurry. I know, it’s a bad habit. The water in our town is “treated” but still. So I really wanted to get a Lucy cap to help with the water cleaning (filter doesn’t seem to be the right word as it doesn’t run through anything) feature as well as the water reminder. I will Drink a lot of water in a sitting but then be thirsty later. So the UV water cleaning takes a lot long ER than I expected, the light reminder seems to flash a lot …. The water actually does taste differently (I made my brother do a taste test too)… all the natural faucet water flavors are gone (probably a good thing yeah? Also pretty scary considering I’ve been doing it for three years!). My only complaint (and maybe a solution exists) is that there was an audible alert reminder in addition to the flashy light. Even if it was through the phone app. :)

I love the bottle and was very surprised just how much more water I drink out of a clear glass bottle than a metal bottle. Being able to see just how much water I am or am not drinking is very helpful!

Very good, Glass 34 oz haven't had any problems with it. Pretty much take it to work every day and have had no issues with it.

The Lucy cap is beautifully simple and screws easily on and off. Simple light colors that indicate when it has recorded my water intake are awesome. I love it! It’s definitely helping me drink more water!

I use water filters that are used so often that they tend to get a bit grime, so this blue light disinfectant Lucy top makes me feel like my water is truly safe to drink. Easy to set up and maintain use.

Lucy is so easy to use! I really like the ease of measuring my water intake. She is easy to charge, although she does take a while so best to charge overnight, but a single charge lasts 5ish days.

I. LOVE. THIS. THING. I had an issue with it after a couple weeks of use but the support team was very nice and communication was fast. The issue was resolved and I can feel and taste the water quality difference. I don’t want to go without this thing! I wish they had a version that could be washed easier. That’s my only complaint. Or if they had a silicone plug to stick into the port for easier washing. Either way RECOMMEND 1000%

I love it!. It helps me so much in knowing exactly how much I drink. It takes some getting use to I the beginning but all in all a wonderful product. I've only had LUCY for a few day and each day hitting my hydration goal has been a sucess!

Battery last me 3-4 days, I don’t use the Cleaning option every time, I absolutely can not use my tap water, we buy bottled. I love the reminder, my coworker even tell me if I’m not my my bottle🤣. And it perfectly calculates my intake!

I'm very impressed with LUCY -- she works so well. I think the thing I'm most impressed with is that we have 3 LUCYs in our home sharing the same WIFI and she doesn't seem to get mixed up. I'm very happy that in a pinch we can use her to make our water cleaner and even happier that she tracks the water we're drinking as we drink it. Our family is making a concerted effort to drink more water and LUCY is a fun gadget to help us on our journeys. Thanks Waterdrop!

It's taken me a little bit to get the hang of LUCY. I wasn't sure how the app updates worked. Now that I've been used her for about a week or so, I definitely like her. I work from home and I don't always remember to track my water intake. LUCY is definitely helping me keep track, even when I'm hyperfocused on projects. This is exactly what I wanted and needed to keep me on track.

I really like my new LUCY cap so far. It's a quick way to purify my tap water in a glass bottle, then I stick the bottle without the LUCY cap in the fridge right after dropping in a microdrop or two to allow to dissolve and chill. These are my ready-made bottles of water that I can grab on the go or simply drink at home rather than wait for only my filter pitcher. Always insures that I have a bottle of water ready to keep me hydrated throughout the day. Not to mention it's kind of fun and pretty to watch it do it's thing, which is only a couple of minutes. ❤️ Definitely glad that I bought one. Kind of pricey, but it will always insure that I have clean water, especially on the go when I can't do the regular filter pitcher, and I will definitely continue to use daily getting NY money's worth. No Montezuma's Revenge for me!😂

I’m still getting used to the ins and outs of LUCY, but I love the smart tracking feature. I tend to forget to log my water intake and with LUCY I no longer need to worry about that because it automatically tracks every drink I take.

I use this cap CONSTANTLY. It cleans and gamifies my water drinking. As someone who was chronically dehydrated prior to discovering Waterdrop, LUCY has made me a believer. Also, who doesn’t love a light show at night?!?
